  • In the weeks ahead, our parish representative from Solutio, Inc., will be setting up the advertising for our website for the year.
  • Please consider participating in this effort since the revenue from the ads is what makes the website possible at no cost to the parish.
  • It’s a great way to get your name in front of the families in the parish. Advertisements may be purchased for a business, family memorial, or you can sponsor an ad supporting Catholic Charities, Knights of Columbus, Vocations, etc.
  • Please give these ideas some thought. We need and appreciate your help! If you are interested or just curious as to prices and want more information, please contact 402.695.7411 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

You are more than what they tell you. You are more than early morning carpool sessions, performance review feedback, or the grade on your last biology assignment. You are more than the size of your jeans, the size of your bank account, or the number of likes on your last Instagram post. There is more to you, and there is more to your Catholic faith too.
Coming June 8, 2019, experience your faith as you’ve never seen it before - in a vibrant, joy-filled, one-day Catholic party we call ArchOmaha Unite. Thousands of Catholics from every corner of the archdiocese will rally together to celebrate hope, family, community and ALL the things that make us ‘who we are’ in the Archdiocese of Omaha.
Broadway-style theater performance? Unite’s got that. Side-splitting comedy? We’re on it. Music, food, Catholic speakers and Pentecost Mass celebrated in a stadium-sized arena with thousands of your brothers and sisters in Christ? Check, check and check.
ArchOmaha Unite is about YOU and celebrating what makes you a unique and irreplaceable part of the Catholic Church in Northeastern Nebraska.
You are far from ordinary. Be part a of something extraordinary at ArchOmaha Unite.

Celebrating 65 Years!

This year marks the 65th anniversary of St. Mary's Catholic School.  The St. Mary's Excellence Committee is planning a special celebration on Sunday, May 19, 2019 to honor this remarkable event.  The afternoon event will feature a live Christian band, A Touch of Brass, bouncy houses, face painting, Dago's Taco Truck, performances by local community groups, and more!  This will be a day filled with entertainment for all ages.

In order to make this a no cost event, we are extending the invitation to contribute to this community commemoration.  Your financial support is greatly appreciated and will provide all families an opportunity to enjoy a memorable experience.  Donations can be dropped off a the parish office or mailed to St. Mary's Catholic School.  Please notate on your donations "65th Anniversary Celebration".

Christus Resurrexit! Sicut Dixit, Alleluia!  This Latin Easter greeting which means Christ is risen! As He said, Alleluia!, reminds us that the celebration of Easter is the fulfillment of a promise.  Christ promised his disciples that after being handed over and crucified he would rise from the dead.  They did not know what he meant until they experienced it.  Christ promises all of us that we too will experience the resurrection if we hold fast to the commandments and the promises of God.  It is easy to see the darkness of the world around us, but even in the most troubling times we remember that the glory of God has conquered even the darkest night.  Today we share this Easter greeting with the whole world.  We believe that Jesus rose from the dead, which means that we live each day in the glory of Christ’s Resurrection and that we look forward to the fulfillment of God’s promises that we too will experience our resurrection as well.  On behalf of our deacons and our entire parish staff I wish a very joyful and blessed Easter.

Alleluia, Alleluia

Fr. Jeff
